What part of the design process excites you the most? The very beginning and the very end. I love the initial stage - the brainstorming, gathering inspo, working with the team to come up with something amazing, while completely tearing apart the sample room. The next best part is seeing it all come together at the end. Watching what was in your head come to life is an incredible feeling.

What’s inspiring you these days? The incredible women I get to work alongside every day.

Three things you can’t live without. My loved ones, a luxurious bed, a great concealer and humor.

  • Chief Operating Officer

What part of the design process excites you the most? Presentations! Seeing everything laid out on the table the morning of the presentation

What’s inspiring you these days? Travel, Culture, Love – I keep telling everyone that all I want from life is to spend time with the people I love (family + good hearted people), eat good food, have feel good conversations and travel to beautiful places. Not too much to ask for, right?

Three things you can’t live without. Family is number one. Next to this I would say a sense of purpose and good friends. If I am thinking surface level, then I would say the internet, moisturizer, hair care.

  • Design Director

What part of the design process excites you the most? Sourcing from our amazing library of finishes and bringing our ideas to life with renderings. Also, that moment when all of our finishes (tile, millwork etc.) start to get installed and our design begins to come together.

What’s inspiring you these days? My trip to Paris. Every single castle, gallery and café interior, and architectural moment was to die for.

Three things you can’t live without. My Nespresso, a good pair of heels, and my hair product (can’t travel anywhere without a bottle of curl keeper and hair mousse!)

  • Procurement Coordinator

What part of the design process excites you the most? Procurement! This part involves crucial tasks like placing orders, managing payments, coordinating deliveries, and tracking the progress of items. It's so exciting to see how the design vision becomes a reality by bringing all the necessary elements together efficiently.

What’s inspiring you these days? People who are courageous.

Three things you can’t live without. Wet wipes, sunscreen, and dry pepperoni.

  • Senior Designer

What part of the design process excites you the most? I love seeing everything come to life on site after months and months of planning. There is also no better feeling than revealing a home to your clients and seeing how happy it makes them. That really is what makes design so special.

What’s inspiring you these days? Lately I’ve been feeling very inspired by new and exciting pieces hitting the market that we haven’t had a chance to play with yet. There are some really amazing pieces we found at Saloné that I’ve loved incorporating into new projects.

Three things you can’t live without. A really great lip gloss, airpods, and my dog.

  • Design Operations Coordinator

What part of the design process excites you the most? I love designing custom pieces for our client’s spaces. Being able to create something that fits perfectly into a space from its size, shape, finish and placement brings me so much joy. There are endless possibilities when you go custom!

What’s inspiring you these days? Bold colours/patterns and unique furniture pieces. I have seen so many beautiful colour palettes when scrolling through various platforms and some pretty insane furniture making techniques. If you see me steam bending wood into a chair, just know I’m in my happy place.

Three things you can’t live without. My power tools, my functional mushrooms (good for the brain), and my best friends.

  • Intermediate Designer

What part of the design process excites you the most? Sourcing textiles and getting to play with interesting colour palettes and textures. My favourite thing to do is mix finishes that are unexpected and then creating magic!

Three things you can’t live without. Coffee, Steve (our office fish), and my tinted lip oil.

Three things you can’t live without. My water bottle, my notebook and my car.

  • Intermediate Designer

What part of the design process excites you the most? Definitely the preliminary design phase, when you get to start playing with concepts and fitting ideas together to make our clients’ dreams a reality! I love the rush of starting a fresh new project, researching for inspiration, and brainstorming design solutions. It is a looser creative moment and I get really immersed in that.

What’s inspiring you these days? Traveling, getting to know different places and cultures is very inspiring to me. Also, being in contact with nature and observing the amazing natural textures, colours, and shapes all around.

Three things you can’t live without. The summer, my tarot cards, astrology books, and all the people (and pets) I love!

  • Intermediate Designer

What part of the design process excites you the most? It’s a tie for me! I love the schematic design phase is when you can be your most creative self. Using your imagination, playing with finishes, and putting the pieces of the puzzle together while space planning. I equally enjoy install days, when you can finally see the all the hard work come to life. It makes it all worth it.

What’s inspiring you these days? Travel. I am always inspired professionally and personally when travelling. I’ll immerse myself into different cultures by going to markets and checking out local artisans. Being exposed to different architecture and design while abroad brings fresh perspective into elements back home.

Three things you can’t live without. Spontaneity, travel, and family & friends. Ideally all three! (And a good ChapStick in my pocket for the ride)

  • Associate Designer

What part of the design process excites you the most? Interior design is a huge part of how we feel and move through our built environment, so the most rewarding and exciting part of design to me is being able to bring a design vision to life that positively influences the lives of others while creating spaces that not only meets the needs of users, but also stimulates their emotions and moods.

What’s inspiring you these days? Nature has always been a big inspiration to me when it comes to design. The use of natural materials, earth tones and organic shapes really helps to connect the interior to the exterior environment creating cohesion and a sense of warmth and peace.

Three things you can’t live without. Travel, people who make me laugh, and good food.
